•Powerful plating

The needle coating is made of a palladium and nickel alloy, which enhances the wear resistance of the needle and ensures the stability of impedance. This coating is three times more wear-resistant than ordinary gold plating. It is effectively applicable to the test points of PCBs in OSP technology.

•Needle with strong puncturing ability

The needle tips of the FUSION series probes have an outstanding piercing ability. Particularly, the 70-head type design has an excellent testing capability for OSP test points without solder.

•The elasticity is pre-increased

The springs of the FUSION series probes have a better pre-added value than the springs of ordinary probes, and the test results can be achieved more effectively under the same contact surface conditions.

•High-precision assembly riveting

The high-precision double-riveting assembly process effectively ensures the telescopic accuracy of the probe and the good transmission of signals.
